4th term: Metaphor

Definition: Metaphor is a figure of speech used to compare two things in order to recognize their similarity.

Usage of term: Saying that the sun looks like the yolk of an egg is a type of metaphor.

Significance: Metaphor can be very descriptive and makes the readers actually "see" what they are reading.
